A client called and asked that we check her laptop, on checking the battery it did not seem to be working.

After a bit of work, we were able to reset the battery and now it is charging correctly and we can run the laptop on battery alone.

We had to remove the back panel as the laptop was internal.

Tip: only charge your battery to 80%, this will dramatically increase the life of the battery.
