We diagnosed there was an issue, no startup and then once we cleaned it, the keyboard was still not functioning correctly. We were able to recover the client’s data and transfer it to a new Acer A515 15.6″ i7-1165G7 8GB 512GB SSD MX350 W10Home

The laptop was slow, we upgraded the memory to 8GB, replaced the 1GB Spindle Hard Drive with a 250GB Solid State Drive, completed a fresh install of Windows 10. We copied all the clients personal data from the old drive
